About The Role
We are seeking a Community and Business Development Manager who is adept in forging meaningful connections and driving impactful collaborations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for blockchain, capable of navigating the complexities of community dynamics and business partnerships in crypto space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain connections to initiate conversations, design collaborative plans, and transform discussions into tangible partnerships.
- Drive results through effective strategy implementation, continuously measuring and improving the impact of our collaborations.
- Craft and execute business development and community-building strategies that align with our mission and the interests of our partners.
- Exhibit genuine care for the community, especially the crypto community that supports us, listening actively and communicating effectively to develop alignment.
- Maintain an open mindset and a balanced passion for decentralization, ideally suited for iterative, fail-and-learn strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in building Web3 projects.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to engage sincerely with the community, demonstrating care and the capacity
